Hi guys, I nice tip about triathlon training is to keep a triathlon training log about all training (swim, bike, run and even Strenght) so, go to a triathlon training log website and use it.
I have one, dailytrain.com (Triathlon Training for Triathletes) that is been changed, but also have other at web like begginertriatlete ;)
