| Tri training info I am interested in getting into a more structured training program. Does anyone know of a website that has training plans available, preferably for free? Or does anyone have any other suggestions? Currently I do all 3 activities quite frequently, but I would like to be able to train to do each faster. When I train now, I simply go out and bike for an hour or so, or I will run for a while, or swim laps. What can I do to make each session more effective? fartlek? intervals? sprinting?
