| Go to a specialized running store, during an off peak time (Saturday mornings are usually NOT the best time). They will evaluate your feet, ankle position and the way you run. Different shoes are designed for different people, and the right shoes will make a huge difference, particularly over the long term and as you build miles up. Don't worry about paying the extra $10 for the shoes over what you can get at a discount location. Nothing is better than shoes that fit right and give you the right support. |
