Ive Recently Begun My Tri Training With The Aid Of My Multi-vitamin, Rhodiola, Green Tea Extract And Cytomax Sports/energy Drink. I've Done My Research On Endurance Supplements Such As Optygen And Enduramax. Both Claiming To Boost Stamina, Endurance, Etc. I'm Interested In Trying Ultragen As A Recocery Aid, But As Far As Optygen/enduramax (which Both Have The Exact Same Ingredients) I'm Skeptical. The Benefits Are Inconclusive, Yet Some Endurance Athletes Praise Them, And Others Frown Upon Them. Which Is It?
