Yearly Training Plan

I recently signed up for the Florida Ironman. I am planning on beginning my training plan after Thanksgiving. How should I schedule my first 6 months of this plan. I was thinking of just putting base time in and stick with the same weekly plan for that time. Can someone please give me some reccomendations for this. Note; I am trying to complete it in 9:30 - 10hrs and the only thing that interferres with my training is a full time job.

Thanks,
Jeremy
