Need Training

hi! i'm a 17 year old triathlete...excuse me if my english is bad I'm from a french speaking country..I stopped tri about one year ago and I'm thinking of starting again. While still active I was worth a 1h01 on a sprint distance. If someone could send me a training plan and some advice it would help a lot.

hi julian

here is my training plan one year ago when i was still active.

monday: 2hrs swim or day off
tuesday: 10k run( with different work depending if i'm working my endurance or my strenght) or 200m sprint if there's a race in the w-end
wednesday: 2hrs swim or 75k bike
thursday: 45 min hometrainer with different work depending if i'm working my endurance or my strenght) and a 5k run
friday: 2hrs swim
saturday: 2k ocean swim and 5 or 10k time-trial run
sunday: 200k bike

what i'm looking for now is a training plan that would help me regain my endurance and strenght quickly because I'd like to race for the national champ in November (specialy on the bike and the run ) after a year doing nothing.

cheers
raveshan
