Training guides

I need motivation! I've done one Olympic tri this summer, but my training routing is severely lacking. Can anyone recommend a good, comprehensive guide for a determined woman who wants to do an Ironman in a couple of years? Thanx :)

The "Triathlete's Training Bible" by Joal Friel is very good, although it can be a little overwhelming for beginners. If you want to do an ironman then i would recommend getting at least periodic consultation from a coach to make sure you are doing the right things for the fitness level you are. Since 2 years is far off, you want to slowly build your body to manage the long training workouts.
