 | leg cramps - swim Anyone experience leg craps in the mid-thigh towards the end of the swim? My past 2 [olympic-distance] races I have experienced sudden sharp pains which "feel" like Charley-horses, but once I peel the wetsuit off it seems ok (except for the 1st of the 2 races, where the pain lingered through the run -- the 2nd race I anticipated this and had to pace myself accordingly). It didn't seem like the typical swim cramp, and I'm almost suspicious that my wetsuit is too tight. Does this make sense? Anyone? anyone ...? |
