It's not a triathalon, but for those interested in an excellent trail
run/endurance hike, check out the 23 mile Bald Eagle Mountain
Megatransect set for Sept. 11, 2004 in Lock Haven, PA - in the heart
of beautiful central Pennsylvania. Only 7 miles north of I-80 exit
#178.

It is a gorgeous course with lots of variety and 5425 feet of total
elevation gain. Plus great breakfast, well-stocked checkpoints and
after race food and drink...long-sleeve t-shirt to all entrants and
medals to all finishers.
