Anyone got any ideas of how to shake this patellar tendonitis? I have had
it now for about 6-7 weeks and can't shake it. I have pain that is itchy
and burning sometimes and then other times it is a dull pain like the tendon
is bruised.
I have been icing and using moist heat as well. Any ideas on maybe some
analgesics?
I have done zero biking or running. Just lifting upper body and swimming a
little bit.
