| Sore calf muscles Running is a regular part of my training. Generally I get slightly tight
calfs but no real problems. I always stretch before and after running and
cycling. Last couple of runs I have had sore muscles after about 8km or so
when I stop for a pee. I carried on and it went away slightly but then
really stiff at the end - after about 16km. Any suggestions as to what I
need to do to avoid this please.
Race coming up in 2 weeks so I don't want to rest! |
