| Taper week? My first tri is coming up (Monday, 5/31), and I need some help with my taper
next week. Here is what I'm doing this week: (I've been following the Tri
magazine schedule from their website for the past 6wks)
Mon - off
Tues - Run (60min) at lunch, Swim (45min) pm
Wed - Bike (60min)
Thurs - Run (40min) at lunch, Swim (25min) pm
Fri - Bike (40min)
Sat - Brick (Swim-29min, Bike-70min, Run-30min)
Sun - Bike (60min)
If I continue to follow the Tri magazine's schedule here is what they
suggest:
Mon - off
Tues - Swim - 30min
Wed - off
Thur - off
Fri - Run - 30min
Sat - Bike - 30min
Any suggestions? Should I just stick with this? What should my intensity be
the last week?
