Training diaries?

What training diaries do you all use? Which ones are the best or
worst? I'm looking at several "hard copy" ones on Amazon.com and I
can't figure out which might be the best for a tri-newbie.

For no cost, you might look at qbike.com. Simple, free, and you can
always find your log, online. JC

I use the software that came with my Polar HR Monitor and like it. Great for reports too. You might be able to DL it frr from the web.

I love the free log at beginnertriathlete.com, it's a great community
and the free features they have available are phenomenal. There are
also paid subscriptions that offer you even more, but I find the free
version is perfect for me :-D
