 | Motivation movie Anyone know of any good movie to motivate an athlete? Maybe like a Biography of an athlete or something.. Although a movie like Rocky is fine too hehe! I'd like to watch something about a real life person though who went trough some hard time and hard training on becoming something big or something like that. Any ideas? |

I'd highly recommend Running on the Sun, which is about Badwater or "The Runner" which is about David Horton's crossing of the Pacific Crest Trail in 66 days 7 hours. Tam |

| Ironman | Motivation For me while training in the basement I have been making it through Lord of the rings atleaest once a winter. Not only is it really long (takes a week to get throught it). It is also inspiring. Hell, if that little hobbit can make it to Mordor. I can finish another hard spin set! Syd
