| Tri Train In Limited Environment I'm beginning training for my first triathlon (Wiles Barre Aug 7/Olypic
Dist). However, I'm currently deployed in Iraq. I have access to
treadmills, stationary bikes, lots of weight-lifting equipment and
about a 1-mile outdoor running loop. I am schedule to get back to the
states in July at which point, I plan to focus heavily on swimming.
What can I do in the meantime to best improve and prepare? Thanks. |
