We try not to eat newbies.. <g>
Many folks enjoy the variety that triathlon training offers. There is
also anecdotal evidence that cross-training can help prevent injuries
by developing a more rounded physique than single sport training
offers.
I'd suggest checking out [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] for some workouts and
tips. It's a great site which happens to be run by a friend of mine.
