I have been using an online training log that I created for myself for
quite some time (as I work my way towards my first half-ironman). I
finally got around to writing the help file for it (so others can use
it). It is at:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
There is a demo account if you just want to mess around without
creating your own account.
It has a bunch of features that I needed. Some of which no one else
was likely to implement:
1) An email interface for the times when I have email access but no web
access (when I'm at sea or from a cell phone).
2) Tracking of multiple sports and keywords and easily customized.
3) Calculation of training zones
4) Goal setting and tracking features
5) Various graphing functions
6) An excel sheet and other features to implement a training plan based
on SERIOUS Training for Endurance Athletes.
It is definitely not as flashy as other online training logs, but my
goal was speed and compatibility with as many browsers as possible
(including text only browsers), since I run about 5 different operating
systems at home and work.
Feedback is always welcome.
