I'm doing my first Ironman on July 17th, when would you do your last oly or
sprint before, to give yourself time to recover.
Plus anyone done Ironman Switzerland got any tips etc, thanks all

4 weeks should be plenty of time. You should look at it as part of
your training schedule, not a race. Make sure it doesn't alter your
REAL preparation, just to get in a race.
I once did a Half-IM 5 weeks before a full IM and felt comfortable
with it. I treated it as a long training session. Of course I already
had done 4 IMs, so I was pretty familiar with my recovery rate. I
would not recommend that to an IronVirgin.

Is it true that they serve hot chocolate and cheese at the aid stations
there? :-)
