Spring North Carolina Training Camp

FOURTH ANNUAL BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAIN TRAINING CAMP April 13-17, 2005

wo time Olympic triathlete Andrew Johns and World Long Course Champion
Lisbeth Kristensen want you to join them in the rugged North Caroline
Mountains for an epic training camp. Come join other multi sport
enthusiasts for a four and half day all-inclusive training camp
catering to the middle and long distance athlete. Listen to compelling
and humorous stories about the life of two of the greatest ITU and long
course athletes in the world. Andrew and Lisbeth will share their
knowledge of training and racing while you get motivated to give your
best in every training session.

Daily sessions will include swimming, cycling and running through the
majestic mountains of Western North Carolina. Other sessions include
mental skills training, proper biomechanics and nutrition. Each day
will begin with breakfast on the house and end with a nightly debrief.
We will take full advantage of the mountains in North Carolina and will
ride the very same mountains where Lance Armstrong rode his best Tour
Dupont.

Andrew has been ranked in the top three in the world in ITU events and
has been at both the 2000 and 2004 Olympic Games. Lisbeth is currently
ranked sixth. She recently placed seventh at the 2004 Ironman Hawaii
race. Triathlon is there life and they will train right there with you
to help you achieve your best.
