French triathlon websites have received an anouncement from Monaco's
Triathlon Federation two weeks ago stating that the event was cancelled
because no agreement could be find between the Federation and Triangle, the
company that own the IM licence for this event.
No precision was given on the points which are causing problems.

There is no official answer or precisions from Triangle so far, the web site
is still active.
