Is drafting in our future ? ITU AGM Dance Partners

One of the resolutions up for a vote at the ITU Congress in December
is to make all future age group World Championships drafting races.
Time to organise...

There is also more quadrennial voting madness that sees Mark Sisson
take on Bill Walker, Steve Locke is also standing and the Brits feel
they have a chance of deposing uncle Les. This and more nonsense here:
