Training in the rain?

Training in the rain?

So... can anyone tell me where to get really good rain gear for running
and biking in the rain.
NOTE: I'm commuting in the same gear, cuz my workouts get me to work.

I just get wet.
I've got a light weight waterproof rain jacket, but it's too hot unless
it's cold winter (nice zippered vents under the arms). I've tried other
outfits with same result... too hot.

Often I bike to work but I keep changes of clothing there so getting
soaked isn't a big problem. I did winter training rides with a cycling
team one year. Those guys were animals, as long as the roads weren't icy
we went out, e.g. four hours in 35 degree winter rain. Once rode back to
the car into the wind during a sleet storm... horizontal ice... EEEKKK!!!

I use these for both running and biking. They are awesome.

The front of the tights are water resistant and keep your legs quite dry and
warm and the back of the tights allow your legs to breathe. The zippers in
the jacket allow for great air flow if needed. And the jecket is water
proof. I love them.
