Online Coaching - Triathlon Week

I was reading a post from a few months back and the guy was saying he could
not afford a personal coach but wanted to know what program he should be on
to get back into the sport. He said that he was not a newbie but was not a
semi-pro either. It sounded like he was a pretty good athlete but was coming
back into the sport and was not up on the latest equipment and training
techniques.

I just thought I would point out that there are a few coaches I know that
will coach you via email with weekly feedback and constant monitoring of
your progress.

Obviously this type of coaching is not perfect. He will not be able to
critique your technique but he will be able to structure a program and taper
to meet your goals and give you consent feedback based on your performance.

Just another resource that you may not be aware of.

This guy is the guy who coaches me. He is in Canada but for this type of
coaching really it does not matter where you are.
