I think I can improve a lot. When I do one legged drills I feel like the
washing machine when it gets all the cloths on one side during the spin
cycle!
just be sure to spin the pedals smoothly.....
better yet, get rollers. you'll be forced to be smooth, else you'll fall
off like i do!
