Folks - I have been looking into all the possible solutions for Ironman
(and other race fuel). I came across a cool possible solution in
eFuel. It has high sodium levels - good for warm days, and is 100%
liquid. This is awesome as I can carry enough for 10 battles in my
back pocket. My question is have any of you used this in an Ironman???

I have used e-Fuel and has worked great for me. Not only is it
convenient, but the high level of complex carbohydrates allows me to
get more calories per bottle - key in Ironman distance events. I
actually use the e-Gel more than the Fuel
([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]). The gel is similar to GU, etc.
but it has something like 5 times the electrolytes - another key in an
Ironman.
