Hey. I've just started using Endurox R4 post workout a few weeks ago. I'm happy with the results so far. However, I have noticed that I have gained weight. I have not changed my training schedule too much. I'm currently in the 3rd stage of my base training. I've been at 180pnds for years now (through mountain bike racing, Southern traverse, adventure racing etc.) I have jumped up to 189 since starting its use. I'm 27 now. My body fat (checked last week is 10) Which is the lowest its been in a while. Is this just muscle growth? Should I worry about it or not. I feel great, real strong, just a bit above my ideal race weight.
Will it change when I decrease my volume later in the season?
Lots of Q's I know.
Thanks
Syd :)

Syd, it sounds like good ole fashioned muscle weight gain with a bit of fluid retention. Your race weight is what it is the day of the start, don't worry about pounds, you have it right with the way you feel and how you perform. Your weight will fluxuate when you increase of decrease volumetricaly in your training and supplement intake, your body is just getting use to the new stuff and it will let you know if something is way off.
Good luck and again, don't worry.
Happy training.
Spike.
