I have been doing triathlons since 2000 and I usually follow a structured training plan either from a coach or self-created. Until recently, I used the old pen and paper to track everything. This worked fine unless I lost said pen and paper. Also I did not have always have my workout schedule handy at work if ended up having time to do a workout at lunch.
They say the best idea come from a painful experience or perceived need.
