Swimming Help

When I swim in the pool at the gym i end up with a terrible sinus full of water. I have been trying to us a nose clip and it helps a little but I still spend that night and the next day sniffling and generally clogged up. This does not happen when I swim in the ocean.

One of my non swimming running buddies suggested adding ear plugs, and yet another suggestion of wearing a masks that covers the nose completely like a dive mask. It really is bad enough to stop swimming.

cheers
Reg

First time of hearing that but maybe it is an allergy to the chlorine in the pool.
