Is anyone else hungry all of the time? Is this just something I am going to have to get used to? I have begun training for an Ironman, which is a little less than a year away. On average I work out about two hours a day with two days off each week. I eat a well balance diet, but I can't seem to consume the "right" kind of calories that make it so I can go more than two hours without eating. I appreciate any suggestions.

A little hunger is normal, but you're likely not eating enough if you're ravenous.

Many endurance athletes load up on carbs, but fail to include enough protein and healthy fats in their diets. Protein and fat will keep you satiated longer so that you're not bonking throughout the day.

Sounds like you have quite an appetite!! The training you seem to be doing sounds pretty tough! Are you eating before you train at all or are you just starting regardless of huger? Your better off stocking up on carbs like pasta and maybe even a jacket potato after you've finished training maybe have like a Mars Bar or Banana certainly works for me...

You might want to up your carb intake for more energy. I would also take whey protein or eat more protein in your diet and especially after you workout. This should help your muscles repair during rest.
