Hello to all that can help me out. I am having some issues with my right shin hurting while i run. I notice that my right foot lands differently than my left foot. My left foot looks like it lands correctly heel then smoothly on to the balls of my foot.

But my right foot it seems to land on the back right of the heel and rotates inward. I think they call it pronating(not sure) what can i do to fix this? i was thinking of buying and insole and cutting it out and putting it on my left side of my right foot so when it lands it won't rotate as much.

I would like my foot to land like my left foot but i'm not sure if thats possible.
please help. It is so frustrating when i can keep running but my shins don't let me.

This subject is too deep to write about here. Try this link: RUNNER'S WORLD SEARCH RESULTS

Good Luck!
