I have just started OLY tri's. My first OLY was at nationals in Portland this year! My swim is good I felt great coming out of the water 27 min swim and the bike ride was hilly and hard. I road an old Biancci bike and the run was hard. I have to admit I walked some! But when I crossed the finish line I felt great!! I really had fun and enjoyed the race. I have been reading CHi running and I think my running has gotten better. I ran my first 10 K race before National. I need help with my running. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can improve my running?

I don't know much about CHI running, I've heard of it but am not familiar with the concept. In general to improve your running and be faster you need to incorporate some interval training. The basic concept is, a workout that involves a repeated distance on a certain time interval with minimal rest in between. Most people do this at a track, but this can be done on a path, you just need some distance markers.

You might want to check this site out, it has some useful info and sample workouts with the running calculator.
