Did a 12 mile run on Sunday, and my right-side inner thigh started chafing and bleeding after mile-9. Really weird, never had this happen before. I have the WF race coming up in 10 days, any suggestions for how to dress this up so that I can finish the race?

This is typically a result of heavier sweating, rain or other liquid contact. Never use saliva to lubricate as this tends to compound the problem. I use Brave Soldier cream, Vaseline or Body Glide before every run over 6 miles. There are no rules on using these products to prevent blisters and chafing while racing. As a matter of fact, most Marathons and 70.3+ Triathlons have Vaseline at the aid stations. A note with Vaseline though, it will absolutely destroy rubber and neoprene products so if you plan on wearing spandex with rubber leg grippers, use one of the others. Speaking of spandex, I run in Tri shorts for all my longer stuff (13+) specifically to avoid this issue. Another trick is to lube your feet whether you normally blister or not. If you get caught in a shower, decide to run under a hose or just have a sweaty run, you risk blisters on the puppies. Good luck!

My two cents worth, just before a long run I use just a bit of talc on any areas that I don't use Glide on. If you rub it in it creates a slick surface and the chafe is greatly reduced, however Body Glide is still my favorite.
