Running teaches us many great life lessons. For example, training is like anything else in life--the greater your ability to focus on what's most important, the greater your overall success. More specifically, your ability to execute the most critical workouts that yield the most significant benefits has the most direct and dramatic impact on your endurance and, ultimately, your race results.
