I am running my first triathlon this summer, and I'd like to use nose clips during the swim. Does anyone have advice? The only ones I've found here are kind of cheap and seem to slip off easily.

I've never used nose clip, so I don't know how good this one is, but is it made by a reputable swimming equipment manufacturer. If you want to see it, below is the link to one of the stores that carry it.

I would think nose clips would hinder your breathing. I exhale through mouth and nose...
