| Beginner | Masters swimming? Hey all, This is my second season of Sprint/Olympic tris. Last year, I trained alone for the swim in a pool at the gym, but found uninspired much of the time. How are you training for the swim? Are Masters programs too much for the average Sprint training program? Thanks, pc |
