Do you Need a Swim Coach?

Hello Triathletes!
I very recently have been getting interested in triathalons. I have been a swimmer for 10 years, and been coaching swimming for about 7 years. I have been reading about triathlons and how most people's weakest aspect of the race is their swim. I would love to give out swimming advice to people who are interested in learning! My best friend and I spent 2 hours in the water this past weekend working on his stroke. He came out saying he feels faster, more efficent and not as tired as when he swims for an hour by himself. I saw improvements in his stroke, the biggest visible difference was when we started he was taking 24 strokes per 25 yards, by the time we were done he was taking 17 strokes per 25 yards, and moving faster. I WANT TO HELP! please as questions about swim strokes, work outs, stroke advice. Please feel free to email me also, [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Have a great race!
