TI Workshop - Triathlon Week

Has anyone taken a Total Immersion workshop? I have the book and have already learned a lot from it - mostly that I've been doing everything wrong! They've added a workshop to their schedule in May that's very convenient to me. I think it's expensive, but might really be worth it.

I am waiting eagerly for responses to this post. I have always wanted to take one, but price of the workshops is REALLY high for me. I would love to hear from people about whether or not these workshops are worth all of that money!
