| Beginner  | Does anyone know a good swim bootcamp? Hi - my swimming is very weak and I wanted to know if anyone has info on a good bootcamp where I can go to improve through a focussed effort. Many thanks for any inputs Gerry |

| Administrator | Gerry, Total Immersion is offering clinics in Califronia over the next few months, looks like you would have to travel a bit: http://www.totalimmersion.net/schedule.html TI teaches form and balance on the swim. it's not tri-specific, but you will get a better feel of your body in the water. - R |
