training video??

I am looking for a training dvd/video for swimming, specifically for open water swimming, to use as part of training for Ironman 2005 in Panama City. Any suggestions?

I am also training for the Ironman Florida event. I am presently training under Jane Scott (sister of Dave Scott six time Hawaii Ironman champion) in Boulder, CO. I recommend you look at the total immersion (TI) DVD from Terry Loughlin at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. You will be amazed at your swimming progress if you apply the techniques on this DVD. One word of caution. The techniques shown are not fully embraced by the "traditionalists" when it comes to competitive swimming so you will have to make a choice whether you want to follow the TI methods or not. I have seen my swimming improved dramatically since I started using the TI method although I supplement them with traditional methods as well. I hope this helps. V,R Heri
