Tri Swim Coach's Kevin Koskella and Rocky Mountain Master's head coach Richard Hess offer this 1-day intensive swim training camp for triathletes!
-Underwater videotaping and analysis.
-Drills that will help improve your stroke and allow you to conserve energy during the swim

Afternoon will include
-Full stroke swimming
-Breathing - Another video of your new stroke You also get to keep the videos of yourself swimming!
