Reading Lance Armstrongs book I note he started in triathlons. Disappointed when he came in 2nd he decided to specialize in the bike. My question is: Who was this teenager who beat Lance?! Did he go onto greater things? Does he still compete? Anyone know?

I dont know but I will ask someone who has seen him, I live a few miles from his new home and one of the fun things we do at the Bike Peddler in Greeley Co. is to discus all the Lance sightings during the week. there are usualy no less than 10. An example of one, he was sighted at the Greeley Public Libuary in the self help book section checking out a book on dog grooming. He has also ben seen on the Pooder River Trail (wearing yellow of course) helping some guy change a flat. happy trails Mike.
