| Side stich coming back to haunt When I get off the bike and start running I tend to feel good. The problem is I very quickly get a side cramp that doesn't allow me to push as hard as I know I can. I've tried varying amounts of gel, water, gatorade on the bike thinking that was causing the problem, but no luck.
Even when I run in training it seems that if I pick up the pace too much the cramp comes back. Any suggestions? Thoughts? |
