Great way to log and see your workouts with optional software, a little on the bulky side, but you get used to it.

I use GUs on long rides or before climbs. You have to drink water afterwards or it will dry out your mouth. Good little boost, but the sticky wrapper after you eat one is a drag.

Stiff, light and lots of great places to grab onto during sprints or climbs. A very nice bar.
