Join us as we cross train for the upcoming season :bannana: The idea is simple: log and report your best weekly training times for the following events:
1. .25 mile swim
2. 10 mile bike ride
3. 5k (3.12 mile) run
You will be competing against other athletes within your age group as they report their weekly times. Participants with the best aggregate time for the four weekly times within their age group will “win” their respective age group! Prizes will also be awarded to those participants within each age group who best improve their time!
