Poll Posticon How important are split times?

I'm organising a xc triathlon in September and I wanted to find out how important it is to athletes know your split times after a race?

Do athletes really want to know? Don't people record thier own splits anyway? Do they add any value to the whole race experience?

FYI, I try to keep my own splits, including T1 & T2 but sometimes miss the button. When I do race and get cumulative splits, someone in the club or community always breaks it down into discipline splits and paces. Good luck in organizing your event!
