GU2O...simple formula, no fancy ingredients to push up the price - maltodextrin, fructose and more salt than most.

I love Gatorade, but will drink whatever is out on the race course at the aid stations. I check what drink is going to be out there and start using it a week or 2 before the race, seems to work for me.

I like accelerade (Lemon/Lime). The protein and carbohydrate mix is excellent.

I have used Accelerade as a pre workout drink, and Endurox as a post workout drink.

Best tasting is the blue (whatever flavor that is) Powerade, so it goes in my aero bottle. Nothing better than Spiz (spiz.net) for fuel. Can be mixed to any carb/calorie content easily. Finally, carbo pro (excelsports.com) for adding energy to any drink. Happy fueling!

tastes the best, but accelerade mixed with endurox works the best, especially when it comes to 1/2 IM races.
