As a result of some operational challenges, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the inaugural Island Triathlon Series™ tentatively until March 28th 2009.

It is our vision to create a unique property that redefines the sport of triathlon. Given the complexities of the event from a logistical perspective, the substantial financial resources required, and our reputation for excellence as a 4 time international award-winning event producer, we require more time to put our best foot forward.

Our dedicated international team has worked excruciatingly hard to get this event off the ground and help grow the sport we have all become so passionate about.

I personally have been so touched by the outpouring and continued support of the TCI Tourism Board, our pro-athletes including world champion Chris McCormack, celebrity athlete Andy Baldwin, media partner Triathlete Magazine and many more.

We are pleased to let you know that all key partners are still in place for 2009 including the television networks, celebrities and many of the top pro-athletes from around the world.
