Training Bible Studies with Joe and Dirk Friel: Computing CP zones and training for back-to-back events [velonews.com]

FEBRUARY 09 - Dear Joe and Dirk, My goals for the coming season are two centuries, so I have invested in a power meter. Now I am ready to start using a combo of heart rate and power to train. I am a bit overwhelmed with how to go about computing my different Critical Power zones. Do you have any advice?
