I am competing in my first Olympic Tri in Sept. (I have competed in Sprint Tris before), and have no idea how to even begin to train for one! A little background:

1. I run 5k's and 10k's almost every weekend for fun
2. I do high intensity cardio classes at the gym with plyometric excersice 2-3x weekly
3. yoga twice a week
4. I am NOT a strong swimmer, never have been :(
5. I am having ligament surgery on my pinky next week, so I will not be able to swim for a few weeks, but other than swimming, I can continue my cardio work.
6. I am 36 yr. old mother of 2 very active girls...so I get a workout there too!

So, given the above information, any suggestions on how I should adjust my training for the OTRI?
