i am registered for the NYC tri in July - I did a half-marathon last July, but suffered an accident when struck by a car in November. luckily all is well and no permanant damage etc., but was sidelined until a couple of weeks ago. haven't ever done distance biking or swimming before. is there enough time to compete? if so, does anyone have recommendations for a hardcore training program to get me ready for this olympic distance in 82 days?
